“Is Parlo a real website?” is one of the questions people type into Google before using it, and it is the right question to ask of anything that takes your money through a chat. This page gives you the facts you would need to check for yourself, with the places to check them, rather than asking you to take our word for it.
The company
Parlo is a product of Parlo Labs Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales under company number 17195213, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can look the number up on the Companies House register, which is public and free. The same entity appears in the terms, the privacy policy, on every capability page of this site, and as the developer of the Android app on Google Play.
The company is not a bank and not a money-transfer service, and it does not claim to be. It sells services: airtime, gift cards, fares, rooms and rentals, bought from wholesale suppliers and delivered to the recipient you name. The credit guide explains the line it draws around that and why.
Where your card details go
Not to Parlo. When you confirm an order, the concierge sends a link to a checkout page hosted by the payment provider:
- Cardsare handled on a page hosted by Stripe. You type the card number there, on Stripe’s domain, and Parlo receives a confirmation that the payment settled. It never sees or stores the number.
- PayPalorders go through PayPal’s own checkout, with “Parlo” as the merchant name.
- USDT on the Tron network is paid to an invoice hosted by the crypto payment provider, from any wallet, for orders above the network minimum.
This is the single most useful thing to know for spotting an impostor: Parlo never asks for a card number, a PIN, a one-time code or a wallet seed phrase in the chat. If a conversation claiming to be Parlo does, stop and write to contact@tryparlo.com.
When you are refunded
- A top-up the supplier or operator rejects is refunded by the original payment route within one business day. You do not need to open a dispute.
- A gift card whose email never arrives, or whose code is invalid, is refunded the same way.
- Flightsfollow the airline’s rules. If the airline issues a refund, Parlo passes it on within one business day.
- Hotels show the cancellation window for each option before you pay; refundable and non-refundable rates are marked as such.
- Car rental charges nothing until the agency has confirmed the vehicle and its rate in the chat.
- A top-up that succeeded to the number you confirmed cannot be recalled, by Parlo or by anyone; airtime is delivered irreversibly. This is why the concierge asks you to confirm the number and why the guide on working with it spends a section on reading the quote.
What Parlo keeps about you
The chat is the account, so what Parlo holds is what the chat needs: your channel identity on Telegram or WhatsApp, the orders you placed and the numbers or emails you sent them to, your credit balance, and your language. Payment details live with the payment provider. The privacy policy lists it in full, and you can ask for your data to be deleted without keeping anything installed.
Where the prices come from
Every capability page on this site shows when its price was last quoted and by which supplier, and the concierge quotes live at order time. Prices are marked up over wholesale; that markup is Parlo’s margin and is not hidden. What you will not find here
There are no testimonials, user counts or star ratings on this site, because we do not have verified ones to show. Reviews left by customers on independent sites are theirs, not ours, and the footer links to Parlo’s Trustpilot page so you can read whatever is there. A page that quotes its own praise is not evidence; a company number and a hosted checkout are.
