You do not need credit to use Parlo. Every order can be paid one at a time through the link the concierge sends. Credit exists for people who order often and would rather not open a checkout page each time, and it is where referral earnings and reseller discounts land. This guide covers how it works and the one thing it deliberately does not do.
Adding balance
Tell the concierge on Telegram or WhatsApp that you want to add credit: “add 20 euros to my balance”, “recharge mon solde de 100 dirhams”. It sends a payment link for that amount. Card, PayPal and USDT on the Tron network all work, with the same rules as any other order:
- The minimum is the equivalent of 5 euros. Ask in your own currency and the concierge tells you the minimum in that currency.
- The maximum depends on your account history. Newer accounts have lower ceilings; the concierge tells you when an amount is out of range rather than silently capping it.
- USDT works only at or above the network minimum, roughly 17 euros or 20 US dollars.
Balance is settled when the payment settles. A card payment is available within moments; a crypto payment once the network confirms it.
How credit is spent
Automatically. When you confirm an order, credit covers it first and a payment link is issued only for whatever remains. You do not need to say “use my balance”. Ask “what is my balance?” at any time and the concierge tells you what is spendable.
Credit never expires. It works on every capability: a top-up, a gift card, a flight, a hotel, a car.
Credit is spent on an order for any recipient. You can top up your mother’s phone, a friend’s, or a customer’s. What matters is that the thing being bought is a service, delivered to a phone number or an email address, not balance.
Why you cannot send credit to another person
This is the question people ask most, so here is the full answer. Parlo credit is personal and non-transferable. If you ask the concierge to “send 10 euros to Karim” or “transfer my balance”, it will decline, and offer to buy a recharge or a gift card for Karim’s number instead.
The reason is legal, not technical. Stored value that can move from one person to another is, in law, a form of money transfer. In the corridors Parlo serves, France to Morocco among them, that activity requires an e-money or payment-institution licence under EU rules and Bank Al-Maghrib law 103-12. Parlo Labs holds no such licence and has chosen not to pretend otherwise. Buying a service for someone else is not a transfer of money, which is why that path is open and the other is closed. The same rule applies to resellers, who sell services to their customers and never move balance.
Refunds and credit
Paid balance is not refundable to your card except where the law requires it; it stays on your account and is spent on future orders. Separately, if an order fails on the supplier or operator side, the amount you paid for that order is returned by the original payment route within one business day. Details are in the payments and refunds guide and in the terms.
Where credit comes from besides paying for it
- Referral earnings. When someone who joined with your code buys something, your share of Parlo’s margin is added as credit. See the referral guide.
- Reseller uplift. Approved resellers receive a wholesale discount as extra credit on each deposit, after a hold period. See the reseller guide.
- Promo bonuses. When a bonus applies to a top-up amount, the concierge says so before you pay.
