Delete a single call (in-app)
- Open the Parlo app.
- Go to the Recents tab.
- Swipe left on the call you want to remove and tap Delete.
The recording, transcript, and outcome metadata for that call are wiped from our servers within 24 hours. Deletion is irreversible.
Clear your entire call history (in-app)
- Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy.
- Tap Clear call history.
- Confirm with your voice PIN.
Your account, paid balance, and linked-service connections stay intact.
Disconnect a linked service
Linked services (Uber, Bolt, Zendit, calendar, Spotify, etc.) hold OAuth refresh tokens. You can revoke them individually:
- Open Profile → Linked services.
- Tap the service, then Disconnect.
We delete the refresh token immediately and stop being able to act on that service for you.
Delete by email
If you can’t reach the in-app option (lost phone, app unavailable), email us:

- Subject: Delete specific data
- Include:your registered phone number and a clear description of what you want deleted (e.g. “the call I made on April 28 to Pizza Hut”, or “all transcripts from before March 2026”).
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest. We may ask for a one-time verification before we process anything.
What stays
- Your account, phone number, and voice PIN — to delete those, see Delete your account.
- Anonymised aggregate stats that can no longer be tied back to a specific user or call.
- Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing for up to 7 years).
Bulk export before deleting
Want a copy of your data first? Email the same address with subject Export my data. We send a JSON archive over a signed, time-limited download link to your registered email or phone, typically within 7 days.
